Our Family Tradition
Wagyu is how we celebrated our loved ones. When dining with Chiquo and Eva's, we are here to celebrate you as our family.
Chiquo was the dog that was by my side through major milestones. Graduations, the death of my mother (Eva), marriage, and the one who comforted my wife during chemotherapy. Because of his love, he deserved the most epic steak meals. Before he passed away due to cancer, his appetite was destroyed, but he never stopped loving steaks. As you dine with us, it is our mission to give the love that Chiquo gave me, back to you.

UPDATE:
We signed a lease to our first brick and mortar in August of this year. Our goal is to have our soft opening on November 13! The timeline is getting close but it is possible. We have many more check list items to take care of, but we are continuing to work to meet our November 13 goal.
